Information and Intake Office
Intake staff, assisted by volunteers, respond to inquiries, assess and admit new clients, provide information and referrals for additional services, and process all intake documentation for the CRASH residential programs. New clients attend orientation sessions on program expectations and requirements at intake, so that they have a clear understanding of their responsibilities while they are in treatment.
Rules for admission and participation in all programs are the same for everyone without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, sexual orientation or handicap. No service will be refused due to a client's inability to pay.
