   Intake staff, assisted by volunteers, respond to inquiries, assess and admit new clients, provide information and referrals for additional services, and process all intake documentation for the four CRASH residential programs. New clients attend orientation sessions on program expectations and requirements at intake, so that they have a clear understanding of their responsibilities while they are in treatment.

Program fees are based on a person's ability to pay.
